Kelli + Matt : The Laurel - Grapevine, TX

A couple who adores each other, a supportive bridal party and family, a beautifully clear fall day, and loads of pretty dusty blues and florals… what a dream. Kelli and Matt were made for loving each other. Their family and friends gathered at The Laurel in Grapevine to celebrate and dance the night away, and what a celebration it was.

This was the last wedding that I shot before baby Jack was born. I was 5 months pregnant, and I danced so hard alongside these party animals that my sweet husband literally had to carry me from the couch to our room that night because my back hurt so badly. But you know what? It was WORTH it. When a wedding truly revolves around the couple and the marriage, all else falls into place and the memories are sweet ones.

Kelli and Matt, I can’t believe that it’s almost your first anniversary. I hope your first year of marriage has been a sweet start to your adventures together. I hope that your second year brings you baseball games (please please please) and dancing and lots of gatherings with loved ones.
