mike + chelsea : married moments

Bride and groom portraits are one of my favorite parts of any wedding day. They were even one of my favorite parts of my own wedding day. It's a moment of quiet, and a moment of "oh my goodness we are FINALLY married!" The rest of the party is off enjoying cocktail hour and you are left with your sweetheart for hushed, loving whispers and embraces fueled with excitement and an overwhelming relief that you are now one. These are the moments that I encourage every couple to make time for, because the day will be over all too soon and it will be a giant, beautiful blur. Take the moments to enjoy looking at your bride or your groom and take them in. This is the person that you just pledged your heart to and, as beautiful as they are today, each day will yield unexpected new beauty.
